This notice sets out the details of the information that we collect about you, how we process it, to whom we disclose it, and your rights under data protection law in relation to our processing of your data. When this notice mentions “we” it is referring to Oyraa Inc. It is the controller of the data you provided directly over the Oyraa platform.
We collect email addresses as a unique identifier for your account. It is used to identify you as a user, log you in and notify you. It also allows us to communicate with you and inform you about updates and campaigns.
We collect profile information like your name, profile picture, the country and city you reside in and your native languages. These will make your communication with other people on the platform easier.
We save your password in the database in hashed format.
We save your social network identity token in our database once you authorize our application to access it.
Furthermore, if you are an interpreter, we collect information such as languages you speak, your expertise, your education and your associations. If you want to register as a professional interpreter we collect a document proving your education/training.
User IP is not stored in our database.
Call logs containing user information, language pair, total duration, call type, price, location (on-site jobs only) are kept for future references.

Chat and Audio calls will be used anonymously for development of new systems for interpretation.
Transactions are made over third party payment gateways like Stripe, PayPal and Alipay over a secure connection. Your credit card information is not saved in our database.
When you use Stripe for cash out, we collect the information you shared with Stripe. We do not have access to your bank account number and your verification ID document.
We keep all the history of your transactions over the platform for both accounting and analytics purposes and to solve conflicts that might arise.
Data processing starts when you create an account. We will stop processing your data if you delete your account or withdraw your consent.
We know the importance of keeping your data safe and actively maintain appropriate organizational and technical measures for this manner. Security, Confidentiality and integrity of your data is a top priority. When your data is shared with a third party listed below, it is always done via a secure, encrypted connection.

We set a cookie for logging you in. It is essential for keeping you authenticated.
We use Google Analytics and they set a few cookies on their own. These cookies are used to monitor user behavior but Google promises all data is anonymized.
You may refuse to accept cookies by activating the setting on your browser which allows you to refuse the setting of cookies. However, if you select this setting, you won't be able to use your account.

You can withdraw your consent anytime. In that case your account will be deactivated. You can always sign in again and give consent to continue using our services.
You can contact us at customer.support@oyraa.com and ask for a copy of your personal data.
You can access your account and update any of your data. All your personal data is viewable and editable in your account.
“Oyraa User” is the term given to the account holder’s account that was previously on Oyraa. Now, if you see this name as Oyraa User in your messages, logs and other features, it indicates the user has been deleted.
The account holder may delete the account. Thus, you do not get to see the name as their account is deleted. You only get to see it as an Oyraa User.
("The right to be forgotten"). You can achieve that by contacting us at customer.support@oyraa.com. After we get your request we will delete your account within a week. We do not keep any of your personal information after your account is deleted.

2.Then click on Delete Account.
Oyraa is a facebook login app and we do not save your personal data in our server. According to Facebook policy, we have to provide User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL.
If you want to delete your activities for Oyraa App, you can remove your information by following these steps:
1. Go to your Facebook Account’s Setting & Privacy. Click “Settings”
2. Look for “Apps and Websites” and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
3. Scroll and search for ”Oyraa”。
4. Click "Remove" on the right side of "Oyraa"
5. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities.

Our services are intended for users over the age 16. We do not intend to collect any personal information of individuals that are younger than 16. If we become aware that such data is provided to us it will be deleted as soon as possible. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child younger than age 16 and believe that Oyraa has collected personal information from your child, please contact us at: customer.support@oyraa.com.
We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected to this page and the last modification date will be seen on top. It is strongly recommended that you check this page often. If you do not accept the changes to this policy, you must stop using this service. You can always request removal of the personal data in this case.
